The challenge began in April 2022 and completed up at the start of December, staying just one of our very last huge challenge completions of the year.
We finished a full house refurbishment of the two storey flat, an added ground was developed by extending into the loft with mansard roofing on each sides. We worked in collaboration with Architect, Conrad Margoles (www.conradmargoles.com)
The total challenge charge was all over £200k-£300k
The shopper was extremely content with the end result.
